Account Management

To create a Tembeya Shop account:

1. Click "Sign Up" on the top right of the website
2. Enter your email address and phone number
3. Create a secure password (minimum 8 characters)
4. Verify your email with the OTP sent to your inbox
5. Verify your phone with the OTP sent via SMS
6. Your account is now ready to use

You can sign in to your account using:

• Email + Password: Use your registered email and password
• Phone + Password: Use your registered phone number and password
• OTP Login: Request an OTP to your email or phone for passwordless login

Access your profile by clicking "Account" in the header when logged in. You can:

• Update Personal Information: Change your name, email, and phone number
• Manage Addresses: Add, edit, or delete shipping and billing addresses
• Change Password: Update your password for better security
• Payment Methods: Add and manage your payment options
• Security Settings: Enable two-factor authentication and manage security preferences

Add and manage your delivery addresses in the Account section:

• Add multiple addresses for different locations
• Set a default address for faster checkout
• Edit address details (street, city, district, phone)
• Delete addresses you no longer use

To change your password:

1. Go to Account → Security
2. Enter your current password
3. Enter your new password
4. Confirm your new password
5. Click "Change Password"

If you forgot your password:

1. Click "Forgot Password" on the login page
2. Enter your email address or phone number
3. Check your email or SMS for the reset link/code
4. Follow the instructions to create a new password
5. Log in with your new password

Manage your shopping cart by clicking the cart icon in the header:

• Add items to cart from any product page
• Update quantities directly in the cart
• Remove items you no longer want
• Proceed to checkout when ready
• Cart items are saved for your next visit

Save items you want to buy later:

• Click the heart icon on any product to add to wishlist
• Access your wishlist from Account → Wishlist
• Move items from wishlist to cart when ready to buy
• Remove items from wishlist anytime

View all your past orders in Account → Orders:

• See order status (pending, processing, shipped, delivered)
• Track your orders in real-time
• View order details and items
• Download invoices
• Reorder items from previous orders

Manage your notification preferences in Account → Notifications:

• Order updates (confirmations, shipping, delivery)
• Promotional offers and discounts
• Wishlist price alerts
• Vendor updates (new products, sales)
• Choose email or SMS notifications

If you wish to delete your account:

1. Contact support at [email protected]
2. Request account deletion from your registered email
3. We will process your request within 30 days
4. All your data will be permanently deleted
5. Active orders will be completed before deletion
